Notes: Estate just off Western Avenue, designed by Welch, Cachemaille-Day & Lander for the Haymills construction company. The estate is formed of concentric half crescent streets starting with Hanger Court (bottom), a curved block of flats. The houses are a mixture of styles, with more traditional designs alongside modernist houses with sun roofs. The best selection of modernist houses are along The Ridings.
