It is with a heavy heart that I have to report that Boundless, the successor to Unbound, who were due to publish our Modernism Beyond Metroland guidebook, have gone into liquidation. The Unbound groups financial troubles have been documented elsewhere, but the important details for us, are of course that the book will not be published and the money pledged for the book will not be returned. This is not something that I wanted to be informing you of, however, unfortunately these events are beyond my control. I know all the book's supporters were looking forward to this follow up to A Guide to Modernism in Metroland. I will endeavour to find another publisher for the book, but that could be a long process. Of course if anybody reading this works in publishing and would like to bring this book to the public, please let me know at [email protected]

The manuscript is written and the photos are edited, it just needs to be prepared and printed. The first book, A Guide to Modernism in Metroland, is also looking for a new publisher. 

Once again, I understand the upset this will have caused for those who have lost their pledge money and I will endeavour to get the book published somehow.
