Notes:
A prominent art deco house, built on the corner of a street of speculative houses, built by developer Roger Malcolm and designed by Welch, Cachemaille-Day and Lander. The partnership built a number of these developments in Edgware and all around the suburbs. The Cedar is a great surviving example of the Sun Trap style, with its white rendered walls, green pan tile roof and art deco detailing.
