Notes: A terrace of five houses designed by Neave Brown for a housing association that he formed. Three storeys in height with the living area and main bedroom on the top floor, kitchen and dining area on the first and children's bedroom and utility are on the ground floor. Winscombe Street was home to Brown himself as well as Tony Hunt, Edward Jones and Michael and Patty Hopkins.
