Notes: Church originally designed by 1870 by Edmund Woodthorpe. It was taken over in the 1960s by the Polish Church, and converted by Alexander P Klecki. Inside are many modernist artworks in a range of materials; stained glass, aluminum, bronze, concrete. The church office has a facade in etched cement.
