Notes: Another of the many Span estates around Blackheath, designed by Eric Lyons and Partners. This scheme consists of ten terraced houses and a block of 23 flats. The flats are constructed of brick with an exposed concrete frame and timber infill, facing the common. To the rear, around a courtyard garden are the houses, with timber weatherboarding and garages underneath.
