Name: Perivale Station
Date: 1947
Architect: Brian Lewis
Lines: Central
Borough: Ealing
Listing: Grade II
Notes: Perivale’s original design from 1938 by Brain Lewis had a tall tower and parade of shops alongside the curved facade. The scheme was revised after World War II by Dr FFC Curtis, with those first elements dropped. Luckily he kept the ticket hall, with its expanse of windows, and the interior details like the curved information display unit, and exposed concrete beams which form the ceiling.
