Notes: Six moderne style low rise apartment blocks containing 50 flats, designed by Welch and Lander for Haymills, and built in 1933. The flats are built on grounds of the former Holland & Holland shooting club, and are fairly hidden from the road with large hedgerows. Each block has lawns in front and communal and private gardens behind. The top floor flats have roof terraces, which originally had pergolas. ​
