Name: Eros House
Date: 1960-63

Architect: Rodney Gordon of Owen Luder Partnership

Borough: Lewisham

Listing: Grade II

Notes: Built as a combination of flats, offices and shops, Eros House has seen better days. It was designed by Rodeny Gordon of the Owen Luder Partnership, a firm who specialised in commercial brutalism. Despite the dilapidation, the building's strong design points still stand out, the concrete spiral staircase at the rear and the glazed front staircase tower.
