Name: Enfield Civic Centre
Date: 1957-75

Architect: Eric Broughton & Associates

Borough: Enfield

Listing:
Notes: One of many civic centres built around London in the 1960’s and 70’s. It was constructed in two phases; the first section from 1957-61, consisting of a Scandinavian influenced administration block in blue and yellow brick overlooking a reflecting pool. The second phase, built between 1972-5, added a brutalist office/car park combination and a striking twelve storey steel clad tower.
