Name: Caversham Road and Gaisford Street
Date: 1977-79
Architect: Colquhoun and Miller
Borough: Camden
Listing:
Notes:
Two infill schemes by Colquhoun and Miller for Camden Borough on neighbouring streets in Kentish Town. On Gaisford Street is a throwback 1930s block in white render with timber windows. One street over on Caversham Road is a more ingenious design, a tall and thin block of maisonettes, inspired by the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
