Notes:
One of eight new stations designed by William Henry Hamlyn, the chief architect of the London, Midland & Scottish Railway for the District Line in 1932. Most of the stations were built in a similar manner; a rectangular brick ticket hall sitting on a bridge over the railway, with long wooden walkways leading down to the platforms.
