Notes: Curved office building on Exchange Road in Watford, originally built for H.J. Heinz, now a Job Centre. It was designed by H.E. Morgan, an architect with Richard Seifert & Partners, the firm who did so much to transform the face of London and the suburbs with their flashy office blocks built on small, often bomb damaged plots. This is slightly different from the normal Seifert block in being long rather than tall, and has a cantilevered floor at one end.
