Notes: Modernist influenced railway station, designed by James Robb Scott, chief architect of Southern Railways. Robb oversaw the design and building of a number of stations for the newly formed Southern Railways from 1925 until 1939. Richmond station is built in Portland stone, and features a roomy ticket hall and square clock above the entrance.
