Curtis and Burchett

The Middlesex County Council architects department, headed by W.T. Curtis and H.W. Burchett, built a swathe of new schools in the county in the 1920’s and 30’s. Their designs generally feature a central tower surrounded by rectangular flat roofed buildings.
