Notes: Former factory building for Yardley cosmetics, designed by Higgins and Thomerson on Stratford High Street, to replace earlier buildings for the company, who had been in the area since 1905. The new building had a long rectangular block with a curved end, complete with a tiled panel of lavender pickers. It has now been converted into apartments with an extra floor added.
