Notes: An apartment block built for Abbey Property Holdings by Marshall and Tweedy. The building is arranged in a J-plan, with a frontage looking over the slopes down to the Thames and a longer one along Friars Stile Road. The building is more modernist than moderne, with sharp corners and bands of windows and balconies with metal railings.
