Notes: Large, brutalist-style telephone exchange on East Avenue in Hayes.The design was overseen by the Property Services Agency, the successor the the Ministry of Works, with Grays Associates acting as architectural consultants. The site consists of two linked blocks, one containing the technical equipment and one fitted out with offices, both built in expressive precast concrete units.
