Notes: A development designed by the partnership of Marshall and Tweedy for property developer Edward Coller in 1934, with 28 flats arranged in seven blocks of two storey ranges around private gardens. Each block has four flats, with private entrances for all and a 20 foot balcony or verandah for gazing out at the grounds with its central fountain.
