Notes: A small development just off Green Lanes, and overlooking Clissold Park, formed of three ranges of three storeys, containing 70 flats in all.The blocks have a mixture of red brick and rendered finish, with mansard roofs of green or red tiles and projecting curved balconies that are arranged to maintain privacy.
