Now the Wembley Commercial Centre, Wrigley’s factory was built in 1927, and was designed by the firm of Wallis, Gilbert and Partners. This company were famous in the 1920’s and 30’s for a string of modernist and art deco designs such as the Hoover factory in Perivale and the Firestone building in Brentford.
