Name: St Mary’s Barnes
Date: 1983

Architect: Edward Cullinan

Borough: Richmond upon Thames

Listing: Grade II*

Notes: Skilfull rebuilding by Edward Cullinan of an ancient church gutted by fire in 1978. Cullinan added a new nave and crossing to the remaining 15th century tower and medieval chancel. The most spectacular addition is the lattice work timber ceiling in the new nave.
